Shaping Communication. Connecting People. Navigating Change.
I'm fascinated by people, their diverse perspectives, and the dynamics of working together. Effective communication builds understanding, connects people, and lays the foundation for trust and successful change.
My travels and extended stays across Southeast Asia, India, Central and South America, the United States, and Europe have shaped my perspective on people and cultures. Openness, curiosity, and the ability to see things from different angles continue to guide me – both personally and professionally.
Experience and expertise
For over 25 years, I've worked with organizations, executives, and project teams on strategic communications, internal communications, and change communications – including more than 15 years in leadership roles.
Having worked both in-house and on the agency side, I bring a broad perspective to complex communications challenges. I've supported major transformation initiatives in international organizations, developed communications strategies, and facilitated dialogue between senior management, leaders, and employees.
I combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach – from concept to execution.
Putting people at the center of communication
Change isn't just about processes, structures, or strategies. Above all, it's about people.
That's why I approach communication in the broader context of corporate culture, leadership, and collaboration. My goal is to create communication that provides clarity, builds trust, and encourages engagement.
Beyond my communications expertise, I bring a strong foundation in resilience, self-leadership, and mental well-being – particularly where these perspectives can support organizational change and effective teamwork.
